Huevos Aztecas - 2 eggs on top of pork and toasted bread with salsa azteca - this is the specialty.

Huevos a la Cazuela - 2 eggs on top of patoles (withe beans with chorizo, ham and bacon).

Huevos Nopaleros - 2 eggs on top of cactus and cheese with poblano pepper sauce.

We also offer Omellettes, Scramble or Over-Easy Eggs and Chilaquiles (fried tortillas with green or red sauce).
